Return & Exchange Policy

At TaggEt Dezignz, we want you to love your purchase! Please review our policy below:

Store Credit Only

All eligible returns are processed as store credit only. We do not offer cash refunds.

Custom & Personalized Items

Once a custom design is approved by the customer, it becomes final sale and is not eligible for return or store credit. This includes:

  • Custom embroidery orders
  • Personalized apparel with approved designs
  • Made-to-order items

Ready-to-Ship Items

Non-custom, ready-to-ship items may be eligible for store credit within 14 days of delivery if:

  • Item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags are still attached
  • Item is in its original packaging

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

How to Request Store Credit

Contact us at taggetdezignz@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning eligible items.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom designs after customer approval
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items without tags or in worn/washed condition
