RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At TaggEt Dezignz, we want you to love your purchase! Please review our policy below:

Store Credit Only

All eligible returns are processed as store credit only. We do not offer cash refunds.

Custom & Personalized Items

Once a custom design is approved by the customer, it becomes final sale and is not eligible for return or store credit. This includes:

  • Custom embroidery orders
  • Personalized apparel with approved designs
  • Made-to-order items

Ready-to-Ship Items

Non-custom, ready-to-ship items may be eligible for store credit within 14 days of delivery if:

  • Item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags are still attached
  • Item is in its original packaging
  • --- EU Customers: For non-custom, ready-to-ship items, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery and receive a full monetary refund. Custom and personalized items where prior approval was obtained before payment are exempt from this right.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Orders over $50 (qualified for free shipping): We will cover the cost of return shipping
  • Orders under $50: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customer-damaged items: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Defective or damaged items (our error): We will cover return shipping costs

How to Request Store Credit

  1. Contact us at taggetdezignz@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Provide photos if the item is defective or damaged
  4. We will review your request and provide return instructions within 1-2 business days
  5. Once we receive and inspect your return, store credit will be issued within 3-5 business days

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue and cover all return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom designs after customer approval
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items without tags or in worn/washed condition
