1. Pre-press garment for 3-5 seconds to remove moisture
2. Place transfer face up (print side up) on garment
3. Press at 305°F (150°C) for 15-20 seconds with medium-firm pressure
4. Peel warm
5. Press again for 5 seconds with parchment paper for best results
